Our Service
Zamas Junk & Furniture Removal can load and haul almost everything that 2 workers can lift (other than household hazardous waste). Because we own our sprinter vans and small trucks, we work efficiently ans recycle or donate whnever possible, keeping usable items out of landfills.
Completed Load & Haul Junk Removal
We charge primarily by volume - the portion of our truck that your load fills. Standard volume rates apply to everyday household and business junk. Dense material rates apply to heavier items like dirt, concrete, bricks, asphalt shingles drywall. Some speciality items carry additional charges. We`ll inspect your load and give you a firm quote on-site before starting. Disposal and recycling fees are included.
The Process
- Book an appointment- call, text, or schedule online for a free estimate.
- We confirm & call on the way.
- On-site estimate - you approve the final price.
- Load up and clean up - we sweep the area when finished.
- Eco-disposal - items are recycled, donated or properly disposed of.
Payment options: cash, check or credit card (3% card surcharge)
Standard Volume Rates ( Startup rates for about 20 cubic yards capacity )
- 1/8 Load → $120
- 1/6 Load → $160
- 1/4 Load → $240
- 3/8 Load (4–5 yards) → $280
- 1/2 Load (6–7 yards) → $350
- 5/8 – 3/4 Load (7–8 yd³) → $430
- 7/8 Load (10–12 yards) → $490
- Full Load (12–14 yards) → $600
Dense Material Rates ( Concrete, bricks, dirt, asphalt shingle, drywall , etc)
- 1 Cubic Yard → $150
- Includes labor (2-man crew) – 15 minutes
- 2 Cubic Yards → $280
- Includes labor (2-man crew) – 30 minutes
- 3 Cubic Yards → $280
- Includes labor (2-man crew) – 30 minutes

Labor Rates
Each 1/4 truckload includes 15 minutes of loading for a 2-man crew. extra labor beyond the included time is $50 per worker per hour.

- Items exposed to bedbugs at anytime ( We`ll happily point you to local hazardous waste facilities)
